Welcome
Thanks for stopping by. I’m an engineer by training and a digital leader by practice, driven by one question: how do we build systems that improve performance today while preparing responsibly for tomorrow?
My work sits at the intersection of energy, technology, and people, and my focus is simple: use digital capability to strengthen energy security and accelerate decarbonization in practical, scalable ways.
Where I come from
I grew up in Cameroon, moving through different cities and cultures within a large, active family. That environment taught me early lessons I still lean on: discipline, resourcefulness, and doing the work even when it’s not glamorous.
My leadership approach was shaped at home. My grandmother’s entrepreneurial spirit showed me what initiative looks like. My father’s strategic thinking taught me how to see patterns and create decisions with intent. And my mother’s strength, especially her capacity to find joy in small moments, anchored me in resilience with compassion.

Education
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining & Technology, USA. My progression of sustained learning also took me through executive programs, completing certificates in Digital Business Transformation from MIT Sloan and Advanced Competitive Strategy from Harvard University. This education enables me to confront real-world challenges with a strategic outlook.

What I do today
Today, I serve as General Manager, Digital and Integration (West Africa) at SLB, a global technology company focused on driving energy innovation. My work centers on applying advanced digital technologies, well delivery, and asset-management solutions that help organizations deliver safer operations, stronger performance, and considerable progress toward decarbonization.
With 17+ years in the energy sector, I’ve built experience across digital transformation, corporate strategy, marketing, operations, and people and technology management. What motivates me most is solving complex business problems and turning that complexity into clear systems, smarter decisions, and repeatable outcomes.
My Philosophy
I’m a systemic thinker by nature. I look for leverage points and design approaches that can sustain themselves, rather than relying on constant heroic effort. I also believe nothing exists in isolation: business, technology, culture, and human behavior are deeply connected.
I draw inspiration from unanticipated places, especially sports, nature, and real human interactions. They teach you quickly that progress is rarely linear and that consistency beats intensity over time.

Beyond work
Outside of work, I’m grounded by my family and energized by exploring the world through travel and nature. I also push myself physically through running, cycling, and swimming. Those disciplines keep me honest: they teach patience, humility, and the kind of fortitude that shows up quietly, every day.
