I’ve spent time reflecting on my journey, and it’s incredible how interconnected my personal and professional experiences have been. It feels like every lesson I’ve learned, every challenge I’ve faced, has prepared me for where I am today. Looking back, I realize the adventure started long before I stepped into any boardroom—it began in the heart of Cameroon, surrounded by the people who shaped me.
Growing up in a large, vibrant family, I watched my grandmother’s entrepreneurial spirit in action. My father was a steady strategist, always thinking ahead. My mother’s quiet strength and her gift for finding joy in life’s smallest moments shaped my perspective on resilience and compassion—qualities that now anchor my leadership and personal journey. They are some of the people who taught me to see beyond immediate challenges and to approach life with resilience and optimism.
That mindset carried me through my academic journey. I pursued degrees in chemical and petroleum engineering, which opened doors to the energy sector. But the real test of my resolve came when I stepped into digital transformation—a space that demanded more than technical knowledge. It asked for vision, adaptability, and the courage to lead in the unknown.
Today, as the General Manager of SLB’s Digital and Integration division in West Africa, my mission is to drive sustainable solutions in energy, working toward a future where technology and decarbonization go hand in hand. Over the past 17 years, I’ve seen how innovation can transform industries, but my journey has also shown me something deeper: leadership is a balance. It’s the confidence to push boundaries, but the humility to listen and learn. It’s progress, yes—but it’s also pausing to reflect on the moments that matter most.

Beyond work, my family is my anchor. Whether we’re traveling or simply enjoying nature together, those moments keep me grounded and remind me of what’s truly important. I also find balance through running, cycling, and swimming. These pursuits challenge me to grow, and the discipline and resilience I build from them seamlessly translate into my professional life. They remind me that every journey, whether in athletics or leadership, requires perseverance, focus, and the courage to push through discomfort.
In both my personal and professional worlds, every step forward is an adventure—filled with its own set of challenges and discoveries. And as always, I’m ready for whatever comes next.
